At Rayy, we aim to get your furniture to you as quickly, safely, and affordably as possible. Please read the following details about how our shipping process works.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India, with delivery to most major cities and towns.

All deliveries are free of charge and include in-home service. Our professional delivery team will bring your furniture directly into your home, place it in the room of your choice, unpack it carefully, and set it up exactly where you want it. We’ll also take all packaging materials with us, leaving your space clean and ready to enjoy.

You don’t need to lift a finger — just sit back, relax, and let us handle everything.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

  • No hidden fees — the price you see at checkout is the final price.

3. Dispatch Timeline

  • All products are made to order and typically dispatched within 8–12 weeks  from the date of purchase.

  • You’ll receive an email with your tracking details once your order is shipped.

4. Delivery Timeline

  • Once dispatched, delivery takes between 3–5 working days, depending on your location.

  • Major cities may receive deliveries sooner, while remote areas may take a few extra days.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners for safe and secure delivery. Depending on the size of the item and your pin code, delivery may be done via:

  • FedEx, DPD

6. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will attempt delivery twice. If you're unavailable, the package may be returned to us.
In such cases, re-shipping may be chargeable.

8. Damaged or Delayed Shipments

We pack every item with care. However, if your product arrives damaged or delayed:

  • Please email us within 24 hours of delivery at info@rayy.co.in with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange the appropriate resolution as per our Return Policy.
