At Rayy, we craft each item specifically for you, ensuring a unique and personalized product. Due to the custom nature of our work, we have a specific policy regarding cancellations and refunds:


Advance Payment and Order Cancellation

When you place an order with Rayy, a minimum 25% advance payment is required to initiate the creation of your custom item.

You have the option to cancel your order within 7 days of the order date. Please note that if you choose to cancel within this 7-day period, the advance payment made will be forfeited and is non-refundable.


Refunds for Faulty or Defective Items

As all our items are custom-made, we do not offer refunds. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship.

In the event that you receive a faulty or defective item, we will offer a resolution based on the severity of the defect. It's crucial to report any issues promptly:

  • You must report any faulty or defective items within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this 48-hour window will not be eligible for a resolution.
