That's why we offer our complete beds with a sturdy slatted frame made of birch and beech wood, combining even spring support and high stability with a long lifespan. A total of 56 sprung wooden slats provide a stable foundation you can rely on. Description of the 7-zone mattress: The PASSION ECONOMIC® is one of the best-selling pocket spring mattresses. The mattress core consists of metal springs encased in fabric and foam, the so-called "pocket springs," which work in seven different comfort zones to provide optimal body support. This mattress is particularly popular because it offers excellent orthopedic support. The independent pocket springs are a great advantage, especially for couples, as movements of a partner on the other side of the bed are barely noticeable, preventing them from "rolling up." The different zones provide optimal support for the spine, and the lumbar vertebrae receive additional relief, as each spring individually responds to the user's weight.
